A Day On The Beach With A Pretty Sun Hat :)

Hello girlies! :) Now that it is summer, it is very important to protect your skin from overexposure from the sun. A good way to help protect your face from the sun it by wearing a sun hat! Wearing a sun hat adds a extra sweet and girly touch to your style on the beach, picnic or wherever you go. Now you can look extra lovely and protect your face wherever you go! 

 *Also remember to  always always always wear sun block! :)*

I really love the little ribbon or scarf added onto this sun hat! It adds such a pretty touch :)

HUGE 53" BEAR

Oh My Goodness! Today I saw a HUGE teddy bear that was 53." This bear would make the best cuddle buddy! :) I really wish I could have gotten it, but sadly, it was $30. At least I got a quick huge and squeeze with him!

Sake and Urchin Shooter

This Sake is pretty good! Its +2 on the sweeter scale of the sweetness and not as dry as other Sakes.

So I have had Oyster shooters before, but this was the first time I had a Urchin Shooter! It was delicious! :)

Dango :)

Hi girlies! :) Dango is a Japanese dumpling made from rice flour. It is often served with green tea and three to four dango are often served on a skewer. There are different flavors of dango. One of the ones that I had was called Mitarashi Dango and the other one I had was called Anko. Both dango's are sweet and delicious. Dango makes for a good sweet snack! :)  

You can buy them at a local Japanese Market.

Tempura Quail Eggs

Hi everyone! I tried these tempura quail eggs for the first time today! They are super yummy with a crunchiness on the outside that brings a melting softness on the inside. :) MMM..so so good!

Awesome Mickey Mouse Hat

Hi pretty ladies! :) So my sister showed me a mickey hat that she had gotten from Disneyland and I thought it was very adorable! They have many different hats as you probably already know, however, I thought that the one she chose was extremely cute. Hers was a mickey's hat that looked like Mickey Mouse's butt and has Mickey's tail sticking out of the top of the hat which makes it look like your head is the head of Mickeys body. I thought this hat was charming and playful. I'm definitely going to pick up the same hat she got except in Minnie Mouse next time I go to Disneyland. Also, you can ask them to embroider your name on the back of the hat for a few extra bucks! Here are some pictures 

I wore the hat a little higher than it should sit on your head so you can see how the hat is basically Mickey's bottom half of the body :) Usually it would sit more toward the back of your head.

Cibo Buono (Good Food) Italian Food :)

 So for Father's Day, I went to eat Italian food with my family.

One word: Delizioso!

So we decided to try the House Red Wine at the restaurant. This one is called, Castello D' Angio'. This wine was very very good! I usually like white wine more however, I liked how the red wine taste wasn't over whelming and I loved how it had a nice sweet taste to it. I would definitely drink this one again!

I decided to get the Filet Mignon (I'm a huge fan of steak) :)

Ingredients:

USDA Prime Certified tenderloin center-cut filet, flame broiled and served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach with portabella mushrooms in a creamy cabernet reduction, with crispy onions. Finest cornfed cattle from the Midwest, Certified prime grade by the USDA, represents 2 % of all the beef

The Linguine Pasta was extremely scrumptious! This would probably be my Go To pasta whenever I go to this restaurant because it was sooo good! I like how the sauce (garlic sauce) is lighter so it is easier to finish your plate without feeling overly stuffed. :)

Ingredients:

Frutti di Mare fresh clams, mussels, snow crab claws, shrimp, and scallops sautéed in either an olive oil – garlic sauce or spicy marinara sauce served with linguine, topped with tomatoes. 

Vino Bianco is one of the MOST popular pasta's on the menu. I really enjoyed this pasta, it had more of a rich and creamier taste to it! Very good as well. :)

Ingredients:

Vino Bianco Fettuccine with shelled snow crab, scallops, diced clams, langoustine, and black tiger shrimp sautéed in a creamy garlic and jalapeno sauce and topped with tomatoes and herbs.

Hello everybody! :) I hope that you all had a wonderful Father's Day and I wish each and every one of your father's a beautiful day. I think that it is important to take the time to show your dad that you love him through your words, actions each and everyday, not just on Father's day. I think that as I have gotten older, I really learned to appreciate my dad more. I learned that it is a blessing to have the opportunity to spend time and grow closer to your dad. Riesling

Hello girlies! :) Riesling is very good. When you get the chance, give it a try! Riesling is less sweet compared to Moscato (my ultimate favorite). If you are looking for a wine that is tasty, sweet (but not too sweet) you should give Riesling a try!

Cat Framing Dog

This Youtube video is unbelievable! I have never seen a cat bark like a dog before. Maybe the cat was framing a dog outside? Whatever the cat was doing, this video sure made me laugh! Enjoy :)

Food Makes My World Go Round :)

So I just tried a Nigori for the first time. Nigori is a cold Japanese Sake. I actually really like this sake a lot because I can hardly taste the alcohol and it tastes quite sweet. This will probably be my go to drink for a while (only $5 during happy hour for this bottle). 

I also tried the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta for the first time from Cheesecake factory. Very tasty! Also the Meat Loaf is SOOOO good! One of my favorites! :)

Zebra Print Skirt & White Silk Shirt

Hi everyone! I just got this zebra patterned skirt and it is absolutely adorable. :) The skirt has these big puffy pockets that blend in nicely to the skirt. I love the bright red color which instantly brightens up my days! The zebra pattern gives the skirt a very cute edge. Also on top I am wearing a white shirt that is cut in a interesting asymmetrical way. This outfit is graceful, unique, classy and absolutely girly :)

2011 NBA Champions

2011 was a interesting season but Congrats to Mavericks!

Sick hats! I personally am a LA Laker's fan, please don't hate. :) Sadly I won't be able to rock my 2010 Laker's Champion Hats anymore, but the Mavericks Champions Hats look awesome! 

The End of One Chapter and On To the Next

Hello everyone! :) I thought this song pretty much hit home at my elementary school graduation, my high school graduation and now my college graduation. I cannot believe that the last 4 years are already over! For those who say that college is the best time of your life, I sure hope not. I am extremely excited for the future and lets see where life leads me! Class of 2011, I MADE IT! :D
